Cat Roberts appointed Programme and Production lead

We are thrilled to share that Cat Roberts, the “powerhouse of the music events industry” is joining our team to lead on the delivery of our programme of artworks and events taking place internationally. Cat’s 15-years experience includes managing Bristol’s largest and critically acclaimed event spaces and venues, management and production roles for Glastonbury Festival, Boomtoom Fair, Forwards Festival and Love Saves the Day, and production manager for the award-winning film led by Cathy Mager, BBC’s Sign Night.

Cat Roberts has a vast knowledge and skill set which encompass all areas and attributes of the industry. As a Music Agent and founder of ‘On Point Agency’, producing tours for a roster of 40 world renowned artists internationally. Alongside directing her own agency she also manages and programmes Bristol’s largest critically and industry acclaimed event spaces, clubs and venues including Area 404, Central Warehouse, Lost Horizon & Propyard.

In recent years Cat has expanded into the world of tech undertaking the position of Project Manager and Music Programmer for Lost horizon (Glastonbury Festivals) VR project then progressing on Head Of Programming at Condense Reality.

Cat’s passion and dedication for festivals doesn’t stop with the UK’s biggest festival, Glastonbury. Over the past 12 years she has worked as Event Management and Production positions for some of the most creative and original festivals. Cat featured in the hardback book, “Lady Of The House”, celebrating women in the music industry.
